There exist also some Perl scripts that perform this same function,though at
the moment I have no URL for these.  I used to have copies, and used them at
times to develop random Rixuli-esque for testing inflection patterns and
making up vocabulary and the like.  I recall there being texts of names from
a good number of languages, which was quite neat.  I got some very
Rixuli-looking results mixing up Hindi, Swahili, and my Rixuli Babel text.
