It was my luck to be an exchange student in the Netherlands (University of
Tilburg) 12 years ago. I remember that storm; I was on my bike coming home from
class trying to dodge the roof tiles. At one point I couldn't go forward
anymore, and I had to get off my bike and walk. After a few minutes I couldn't
walk anymore so I ducked into a doorway until the storm eased a bit.
