Hmm, didn't teh Romans consider themselves a distinct people from teh Latin tribes that surrounded them? Or did they all speak teh same language, and teh people of teh city of Rome merely didn't want to be associated with the plebs around them? --- Rhialto A country can be judged by the quality of its proverbs.
