a Mayan conlang!

 I'm creating a Tzeltal-based conlang now; I'm using tzeltal.org's grammar as a
guide. It's supposed to be a sort of simplification of Tzeltal with some new
additions (like phonemic length and phonemic stress).

I was just wondering does anyone have any suggestions for the lang? Anything I
should know? (Besides things like most roots should be - and are in my lang -
monosyllabic. In my lang, however, there are _more_ polysyllabic roots than in
Tzeltal.)
