Not to mention mangling the pronunciation out of all proportion. But we do have capish (I think capisce in Ital.) and andiamo with the original meaning intact.

I'll keep that in mind. But on the other hand, can't you use the adjective (masc. s.) as an adverb in Italian, like in English (and Spanish and Latin)? Where bravo simply means "excellently done". That's all we're _really_ doing! Yeah. That's the ticket... Regards, Padraic.
