Oh! I see what you mean. Hmm ... I really haven't thought much about
that.
Faguatiátas nlakús ku sufkapátas nlakús pikaatúli ... which nlakús would
be dropped? Well, I had been thinking that since "nlakús" is the
absolutive of both verbs, it would make sense for it to follow both
verbs. However, on further thought, I suppose the second sentence would
be more probable. Hmm ... the first might even be ungrammatical. Yes,
it actually is, because the absolutive must've already been mentioned in
a previous clause.
