This uses the new word "Love", which is not up on the site yet,
but it looks like, um, this:

Sort of.

Anyway, there's still no word for "You", so you'd say
Me-Agent-R-0 Human-Patient-R-0 Love-End-V-2 to a human, or
Me-Agent-R-0 Rikchik-Patient-R-0 Love-End-V-2 to a rikchik,
and let the watcher or reader infer you're talking about them.
Or you could specify their name: as in Japanese, it's not uncommon
to refer to someone you're talking to by name.

Interestingly, "Love" is also used to mean "is gravitationally attracted
to".  Planets love the sun.

Playing with human customs, some rikchiks give each other heart-shaped
boxes of rose quartz stones as valentine's candy.
