Belonging to a minority religion myself, I am not at all offended by being
wished a Merry Christmas or whatever.
The US Constitutional proscription of "establishing" a religion applies as I
understand it to the designating of one religion as the "official state
church" such as was done in the past in Europe.
Dealing with religious diversity or no-religion (atheism, agnosticism) need
not offend.
