And your point is ...? That doesn't preclude the *PEOPLE* from
celebrating Christmas. The First Amendment doesn't say that people
can't celebrate a religious holiday! It also provides freedom of
EXPRESSION! The majority of the US is Christian, it's only sensible
that you hear Merry Christmas most of the time. Happy Holidays is good
too. Besides which, I've always thought of "Happy Holidays" as covering
Christmas-New Year's. If I were to live in a town that was mostly
Jewish, for instance, I wouldn't be surprised to see Menorahs (sp?) and
other Hannakuh customs around town as opposed to Christmas Trees, etc.
