If you look at the "West of Eden" stories of Harry Harrison, you'll find the
Yilane with their language - they're a sentient post-maritme form of monitor
lizard. And then there is the unspeakable utterances of Cthulhu and crew in
Lovecraft ... ia, ia, ia, ftagn!
