Géarthnuns has the uninspired "ö" for "um", no doubt clipped from the French. "Tsa", which is probably an unintentional rip-off of the Japanese "sa" (and used slightly differently), is used to mark an abrupt change of subject, a non sequitur, and usually translates as "so," "well," or "by the way."
