Nalang precedents?

Is there such a thing as a voice that demotes the direct or primary
object of a ditransitive verb without demoting the subject? Are there
any natlangs that have two types of passivization, one with a dative
pattern and one with a dechticaetiative pattern?
Also, are there any natlangs where affixes have vowel harmony with the
root's stressed syllable but ignore the vowels in unstressed
syllables? Particularly languages with regular stress.
