Interesting as all this is, I think you're arguing at cross purposes.
Christophe, in your reply to Andrew, you didn't use qualifiers like
"presently" or "using current technology". Your statements therefore
read as timeless statements as to what is physically or logically
possible, forever ruling out the creation of an artificial
intelligence capable of conlanging. It is to this, rather than to the
proposition that no such program could be created at our present level
of knowledge, that Tristan was objecting. If you didn't intend to
make any such thesis, then there is little point in disputing
Tristan's arguments against it.
