The last item, the voiced uvular stop, should be <g'>.

The next to last, the voiceless pharyngeal fricative, is <h'>. The last,
the voiced pharyngeal, is <`> for now, but I might adopt <"> instead. If
so, the schwa has to be changed.

The third item, the schwa, could be a single quote; the reader would have
to derive from context if the quote mark is a schwa or a glottal stop.
Fortunately, a period can be used to separate phonemes if needed (e.g.
<t.`> /t?\/ vs. <t`> /t`/).
