I'm not sure if this is the same one, but I appear to have bookmarked this
some time ago:

Incidentally, I have also bookmarked the URL you gave, and you're right,
it's no longer there. :-(  I'm now saving a copy of this chart so that if
the URL dies again, we'll have a backup copy.
