I don't know if it's anywhere else on the web, but I'll mail you a
copy offlist, if you like.
Someone should really put it up again, though. The FAQ could really
use a link to it, for one thing. Possibly a copy could be hosted
directly on the FAQ site, if Peter Clark's amenable?
