LaTeX outputs DVI, which is readily converted to PDF. I am under the
impression that Christophe is actually distributing the journal in PDF
form? Anyway, in whatever format, LaTeX output is very high-quality, and
definitely suitable for printing should anyone desire to do so.
We can have an online library of conlang-related PDFs, which anyone can
then print if they wish to.
