Where I come from, a proper _aprilskämt_, as we call it, has to involve making
someone believe something. That something should be as outrageous as possible,
of course.
We also have the tradition Jan mentioned of faux newspaper articles. Today, a
paper in the south of Sweden apparently had an article about a proposal to
illegalize such jokes in newspapers ...
