CHAT: TECH: incorrect dating on posts

I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. Some
of the posts that are posted to conlang come with a
July date instead of a November date. Especially, it
seems, with Jay Bowkes's messages. And they get put,
of course, way up there among my July messages (okay,
I admit it; I haven't cleared out my mail spool since
then and I'll pay for it!). Why is that, do you think?
Does anybody else have this problem? I'm sorry to
waste bandwidth with this technical issue, but it is
vexing, because the Netscape Mailer doesn't seem to
have a system whereby I can ask it to cough up the
new messages; I have to scroll up, eyes fixed on the
screen, to see those highlighted unread posts. Of
course I'm a technophobe and an ignoramus, so I'm
sure the fault lies in me.
