Is there any free or shareware program that a non-expert could use to create a simple map? I mean, something like a Simcity map that is under your control. I'm sure a lot us here would appreciate having such a tool... I certainly would, because I love drawing maps, but paper is not a good support medium when you're experimenting. --Pablo Flores
