Answered my own question -- /tk/. The dental would be released before the
velar, and by regressive assimilation, /t'ka/ "Techian (f.)" is pronounced
something like [|h&] (or [|x&]).
And the sequence /tq/ would produce a uvular-based click, or what I call a
"clock".
