FAQ article on cases

Please forgive me if I should know this answer, but I can't figure it out.

I used to be on this list, several email addresses ago, and a FAQ (which I
assumed to be related to this list - IIRC I was given the address by someone
on this list) had a series of articles, apparently archived from the list, or
perhaps from usenet.  one of these was an absolutely fabulous article about
cases.  The address was:

I was wondering if anyone else remembers this faq, and, especially, knows
what happened to it.
