I think Kash just uses _lavi_ 'more'--

lavi yayama, lavi yaçupori

or colloquially:
lavi yamani, lavi porini
more run-his more tired-his

lavi marokmi, lavi cakacuta
more age-my more overcome.by.forgetting
The older I get/am, the more forgetful.

(One could also, of course, use _omban_ 'less')

FWIW, Indonesian uses a word _makin....makin..._ basic meaning
"increasingly, the more"; it's essentially limited to this construction.
