Was that me??? I seem to be one of the very rare few who likes that stuff on this side of the Atlantic!!!! Marmite is right up there with Laverbread, which should be bought fresh in Swansea, rolled in flour (flower!), and fried with tomatoes and eggs. Plenty of ground white pepper on top. Is anyone saying bleah? NO! It's great!

Some of us have mounted recipes, Terry! You can see mine at http://www.frontiernet.net/~scaves/recipes.html So far, nothing to make you stumble, only some unusual combinations of roots and stalks, but mouth-watering! I'm especially fond of the pink mashed potatoes. We were actually able to garner some fresh cilantro seeds this season, and that gave it some bite.
