Well, i don't have a 'real' Brooklyn accent, but i'm pretty sure [O@] is
a feature of many New York City area pronunciations, including Long
Island ("Lawng Guyland") and Flushing... maybe Jersey too, but i'm not
that good with accents and exact phonetic values.
