There's a southern suburb of Vancouver, BC, called Tsawwassen, pronounced
[t@'was@n]. Though it's not as ornate as the names you mention, I've
always loved that double "w".
Washington state has some good names, too: Skykomish, Snohomish,
Puyallup,...
