{wer} = "love" (verb)
Without any "word particles," this verb is in the present indicative. So:
Te wer. = I love.
With a tense particle, the meaning of the verb changes. So:
Te vishol ker. = I have loved.
{vishol} = perfect tense particle
With the addition of a voice particle and a mood particle,
the meaning changes still further.
Te sedvishollem ker? = Have I been loved?
{sed} = passive voice particle
{lem} = interrogative mood
Also, those two sets of case endings ARE for different types
of nouns. So, where Latin has 5 declensions and 6 cases,
Katabala has 2 declensions and 4 cases.
Hope that clears things up.
