The problem is this: The MORONS who made the Macintrash decided that
ANSI wasn't good enough for them. Thus, only the Icelandic version of
the Macintrash system has Eth and Thorn. Mind you, I know of even bigger
morons--there are people who have written me lengthy letters verbally
abusing me (or attempting, I should say) for daring to claim that the Mac
is less than perfect for not having those characters.
