Not as such, though there will be soon. Right now it's just a mailing
list that I'm personally maintaining for use in BCCs for
announcements; we'll probably shift to a set of proper mailman lists
so that people can subscribe/unsubscribe/etc. Plus we have one for
Board-internal discussion.
Did you have in mind a non-announce, non-internal discussion list?
