I actually thought that Moro was like this, but as it turns out,
there's simply a marker that marks proper nouns optionally
whenever they're not the subject.

Matthew Dryer discusses some of these things in several of his
papers.  I can't find the one I'm thinking of, but it's probably on
his website here:
