You precious innocent boy, you know little of the ways of spammers.
Normally they use fake "from" addresses, changing them with every new
spam or even every emailed copy of that spam. If they used consistent email
addresses it would be easy to block them.

"Guilty until proven innocent" is unfortunately nearly the only way
to handle things.  However, as I said before, "guilty" doesn't really
block your message, it just diverts it to a special "potential spam"
folder from which it may be easily rescued, while the vile spam
perish.
