I hadn't heard about that. I suspect your news made an error. In Palm
Beach County, the allegation was that the ballot was misleading, and
that many people accidentally voted for Pat Buchannan when they meant to
vote for Gore. It does seem likely that that happened, when 20% of
Buchannan's votes in Florida were concentrated in one county, and not a
county that would be likely to have many Buchannan supporters either.
