Well, that must be a cultural difference between France and the USA. I couldn't
even have imagined that it could be thought as cheating... For me, it's more
preventing manual recount, or endless recount that I consider cheating.

It would be hilarious if it wasn't sadly true. What an example for people of
non-democratic countries which want to bring democracy to their homelands.
Anyway, I don't even consider France to be a democracy. Right for vote is not
enough to consider a place a democracy.
