I just uploaded an .txt to http://andjo.free.fr/conlang/asciiipa.txt .
The version described therein still uses postpositioned backslashes as the
"general diacritic". When I last worked on it, I was going to replaced them with
prepositioned asterisks instead (stolen from CPA).
