Well, I think it would be unfair if those who discover the relay a bit too late
cannot participate in it because it is already full. On the other hand, too
many people in one schedule wouldn't work. A better alternative IMO would be to
work with two separate rings, as was successfully done in Relay nr. 6; the fact
that afterwards you can compare the results of both rings also adds to the fun.
