On the Proto-Noric page, I've started to put down some things we (the
Noric collaborators) might want to think about in terms of the lexical
items likely to be present in a language with long-term Indo-European
contact, including technological advances and cultural items that were
probably introduced into the goegraphic area by one or more waves of
Indo-Europeans. I'm really quite interested in getting the opinions of
people with more knowledge in this area than I about what cultural
things might be borrowed, and what lexical items might therefore be
borrowed, and which semantic splits and mergers might occur under the
influence of those cultural things and borrowings.
