Come on, Christophe, even I've heard of Hixkaryana. It's the standard
example of an OVS language. Weren't you paying attention when you
read Rick Morneau's essays? ;) Not that I know anything much _about_
it.

Googling has uncovered only that it was discovered in the 1970s, and
has a very small number of speakers, in Brazil. Checking list
archives reveals that it is a Carib language, and that Pullum
dismisses the claim that it is the *only* OVS language in _The Great
Eskimo Vocabulary Hoax_.
