My father, who was from Orust in Bohuslän, had these sounds.
I can do them with some effort, and the strange thing is
that they don't feel [z]-like but [j\]-like to me.
Perhaps because there otherwise is no [z] in either
of my lects.
More strangely one handbook on Landsmålsalfabetet (The
Swedish Dialect Alphabet) claims there is an analogical
e-sound. Beats me what that might be phonetically --
probably not [r\=], more likely [D_-=]!
