I am very sure Gode's Interlingua is still used and I am fairly sure there
are still active users of Glosa.
Dutton Speedwords, or 'Mote', is still used AFAIK, at least as written
medium. A group known as 'The New Congress' adopted it both as a written
and as a spoken medium in 1995. In 2003 this group switched to another
conlang called Xmal which AFAIK it still uses.
But also around 1995 Bob Petrie, quite independently of the New Congress,
revived Duuton Speedwords, via the Internet, giving it the nickname 'Rap
lin Rie'. I believe Bob's revival is still alive. AFAIK it is used
primarily as a written medium; indeed, I am not sure whether Bob revived
it as a spoken medium or not. A Google search should enable one to find
out what has happened.
There has also been an attempt by enthusiasts to revive Solresol; I do not
know how successful this has been.
I believe there are still groups in the UK and the Netherlands, at least,
who still use Volapük.
