Certainly it is. There are two different web interfaces to the
list, the one at listserv.brown.edu, and one at Yahoo! groups,
which is considered inferior (being only a mirror of the one
at Brown, which is the actual listserv). If you go to the
'Subscibers' corner at http://listserv.brown.edu , you can log
in (if you already have a password) or get a password to enable
you to log in. Then just go to "Server archives" and follow the
link in the long list to "CONLANG" (there are many other lists
hosted there).
Incidently, I notice that the listsev page was a new interface, and
the interface seems to be a core part of the listserv software
itself (judging how the name of the interface is given as just
'Listserv 14.4'). So presumeably the listserv software has been
given an upgrade - and my first though is 'is the eating of certain
unicode characters fixed?'. Can anyone recall which ones were
eaten? Ones encoded with 0xa0, something like that?
