Actually, no. There are effectively two Conlang standards---X-Sampa and
CXS (the Conlang-modified form thereof).
Oh, and so that we can stop saying 'we use X-Sampa but with these
changes', I've made a chart like the one linked to from conlanglinks.tk
with the changes built-in:
