Roman Empire and lingos

I know that the result of the end of the native romans being leaders of
the Empire was a major cause for a change in the Empire, with no center
any more the empire devided. I think alot of it had to do with the fact
that the external immigration out paced the internal ability to absorb,
and make those immigrants truely Roman..Less wish to be Roman, and more
to be Spanish, Italian or what ever..  I know Gual, Italia, Hyspania,
and Dacia, all had Roman lingos after the major migrations but they were
majorly changed, seperate?
