Oh! That's funny! I was checking the site out and clicked
on the "Breathanach link" and when I returned a couple of
minutes later, there was a new "Seimi" link. :)
But Padraic, it isn't based on Finnish. It's based on
North Saami. (Admittedly related they are, though :) ).

Would I have to update my site and change bits of the
conhistory for the Seimi? Or would the little I have
written fit into Ill Bethisad?

I'm guessing "That Germanic Soundshift language" would be
Germanech by Jörg Rhiemeier. About a month ago I received
a mail from him where he told me he'd been having trouble
with his ISP (plus he seemed tired of the entire internet
world) so he would sign off. Permanently. And wouldn't put
his conlangs on the net. I admit he was somewhat flamy from
time to time, but he had some very interesting conlangs
going. Nur-ellen was a project I definitely would have
wanted to follow a bit further. He gave me his snail-mail
address so if someone wants to get in contact with him,
mail me and I'll send his address to you.
