It's one of the more famous books on active langs among other things.
It's called "Language (or Linguistic?) Diversity in Space and Time".
Apparently she was very inspired by Klimov. I couldn't give you an
ISBN or similar, because I don't have it at home. But it shouldn't
be too much of a chore to find it at your nearest book store or
library. I myself haven't read it yet, but it is said to be heavy
and full of errors, though very interesting.
