Crap...I found the file, but it needs some major polishing to make the PIE
roots themselves legible (I was more interested in the definitions than the
actual PIE words when I scanned & OCRed it from AHD). Could be a couple of
days. Are you interested in the Germanic, Latin, and Greek words "of unknown
origin" that are included in the list?
