Alzetjan Elvish page

I'm starting to document my old Elvish languages and put them on my web
site, beginning with Alzetjan (http://www.io.com/~hmiller/alzetjan.html).
It's not at all well documented compared to my more recent languages, but
it's a starting point for further development at least.
