The Kash (and "even" the Gwr-- I'm being nastily Kash-centric) are probably
as close to 100% as you can get. But because there is considerable
disconnect between "proper" written Kash and the spoken/colloquial language,
a lot of people hesistate to write much, for fear of looking ill-educated.
Still, a letter written by such a person would be correct by colloquial
standards even if the schoolmarms wouldn't approve. And written colloquial
language would be expected in a realistic work of fiction.
