Sorry for my lack of clarity. Nouns don't have the realis/irrealis
distinction, only verbs. So nouns don't usually show initial CV- metathesis
(if they do, it's irregular, or a fossilized combining form etc. etc.)
Still, an irrealis noun is an intriguing thought :-)))) might be useful in
speculative work.
