Star Wars conlang question

A friend of mine would like to get some more information about the natlang
sources of the 'alien languages' in the Star Wars movies, and so we
figured people on CONLANG would be likely to have it at their fingertips.

ISTR reading that the Ewok chanting in the 3rd film are a recording of one
of those big annual Tibetan prayer ceremonies -- can anyone confirm and
elaborate?  BP Jonsson, was that you?  Also, wasn't there some bit of
Yoruba (or Twi, or something) marketplace dialogue somewhere else?
