I made the document in word perfect 10.  it has the fonts for some special
characters I wanted to use.  I tried to open the word pefect document in
Word Xp, but it lacked some of the characters, so there were empty boxes.
I've added a few more things, so i'll update the file and re-upload it and
see if that helps.  If not, I'll upload JPEGs of the pages.  Sorry about
that.
